Do you have a Covid-19 policy?
Yes, during the Coronavirus pandemic we have adapted our range of props and will regularly sanitise the props and touch points on the photo booth and mirror screen in between uses. With regard to bookings, should the government impose restrictions that signifianctly impact the guest count or date of your event we will move your booking free of charge to your new date, subject to confirmation of our availability before the movement is confirmed with the venue. Outside of government restrictions our standard terms and conditions apply.
What colour is the photo booth?
We have a large selection of colours to choose from upon booking. We offer a popular black or white Photo booth as standard, alongside the option of upgrading to our custom themed booths such as the Rustic wood with fairylights, circus vintage, confetti and much more. Can you customise prints?
Yes, we can fully customise your prints. We offer the option to add text for names, venue and date. We also offer the option to choose a design from our exciting range of templates.
How long can we use the photo booth?
We offer the option of 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours use.
Who looks after the photo booth?
Our experienced booth assistants will be on hand to set up and pack down the booth and look after you and your guests throughout your booth experience.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry £10M public liability insurance and all equipment is regularly PAT tested for safety.
Can you provide my venue with risk assesments and insurance documents?
Yes, once booked for full peace of mind we will contact your venue to provide copies of all the required documentation.
Do we get to keep the photos after the event?
All packages include a digital download of all photos.
How much space do you need?
The traditional photo booth requires a set up space of 2m by 2m. The magic mirror/selfie mirror photo booth can be set up in a 1m x 2m space. If space is tight this can be negotiated by moving the props table etc but please do contact us as we have more than likely already provided our services at your venue and can advise accordingly.
Can you set up in the morning?
Yes. We do offer a morning set up option for an additional £120. The booth will be set up in the morning and will remain closed until our booth attendant returns before the start of the event. If the booth needs setting up earlier than the evening party but not required in the morning we also offer idle time packages where we can set up 1 or 2 hours earlier than our standard arrival for an additional £45 per hour.
How long does it take to set up?
We require access to set up 1 hour prior to the start time of the Photobooth opening. Eg, should you book the 3 hour Photo booth package from 8pm until 11pm, we will arrive at 7pm to set up with an 8pm opening and and would begin packing down at 11pm to leave at 11.30pm
Do you supply props?
Yes, we offer a large variety of props including wigs, hats, signs, glasses and inflatables.
How do we pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our payment partner Paypal.
Do you supply a contract?
Yes, once booked we send a confirmation of booking via email outlining the details of your event along with a copy of our terms and conditions.
How many people fit in the booth?
Our traditional photo booth can comfortably welcome up to 4 guests, our Magic Mirror being open air can accommodate a larger amount of guests, often 10+.
Is delivery and set up included?
Yes delivery and set up is included in the price.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure your chosen date.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
when will we receive the photos?
We will send a download link via email up to 48 hours after the event.
How much power do you need?
We require a standard UK plug socket close to where the booth is to be set up.
Can the photobooth be set up anywhere, and can it be set up upstairs?
Our enclosed photo booths are fully portable and can generally be set up in any location without a problem. Our Magic Mirror Photo Booths however will require lift facilities should you wish to have your event anywhere above ground level. Please double check with us prior to booking should you have any questions or concerns.
Terms & Conditions
1. Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds by way of a 20% deposit. The due balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event, where this is not possible due to short notice bookings the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to settle the due balance will result in cancellation of the booking.
2. The client agrees that the confirmed start and finish times as specified in the contract are accurate and correct. Any extension beyond the confirmed finish time is at the discretion of Needaphotobooth.co.uk and the management of the venue. It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide the correct information at the time of booking, Needaphotobooth.co.uk accept no liability for incorrect information.
3. The client shall ensure adequate, safe access to the venue and nearby free parking for unloading and loading of the equipment into and out of the venue to reduce any delay at the start of the performance. Where the venue does not have its own parking facilities, Needaphotobooth.co.uk reserve the right to pass on any additional parking fees for refund by the client.
4. The client will appreciate that suitable time for venue access, safe installation and dismantling and safe removal of equipment from the venue is required in addition to the booked time. Therefore, the client and venue will allow suitable time for the installation and dismantling and removal of equipment (up to 60 minutes each side of the booking times). Where appropriate, the client will also inform the venue, in advance, of Needaphotobooth.co.uk's requirements. Needaphotobooth.co.uk shall not be liable for any additional charges levied to the client by the venue in relation to equipment assembly and removal time scales.
5. The time slot that is booked with Needaphotobooth.co.uk can not be changed on the day or night of the hire. Needaphotobooth.co.uk will not be liable for any refund, in part or whole, where we are late accessing the venue and setting up purely because of earlier events over-running, or where we are prevented from accessing, setting up or providing our professional services by the venue management. Neither will Needaphotobooth.co.uk be obligated to provide an extension to the agreed timescale on a pro-rata basis in these circumstances. If extra time is required this is at the discretion of Needaphotobooth.co.uk and may include an additional charge.
6. Force Majeure – Needaphotobooth.co.uk will not be liable for failing to attend a booking where the reason for non attendance or late arrival is caused by adverse weather conditions (including snow and flooding), road closure, road traffic accident, vehicle breakdown, fuel shortages, and acts of terrorism, industrial action, or other unavoidable circumstances deemed beyond our control.
7. The client must ensure that the venue has a suitably earthed UK 3 pin 240v mains electric supply, no more than 5 metres away from the point of the set up area.
8. Public liability insurance cover is provided by Needaphotobooth.co.uk only for the protection of the public against damage caused to the public by the attendant or their equipment and not by any guests of the client who may cause any such damage to themselves or others whilst under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
9. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to Needaphotobooth.co.uk's equipment however caused by the hirer, or the hirers guests. During the event Needaphotobooth.co.uk reserve the right to close the Photo booth, Mirror or Selfie Pod early if guests become abusive or are not using the equipment as instructed to the point where it is at risk of damage. This is for the safety of both Needaphotobooth.co.uk employees and guests.
10. We require all of our attendants to ensure the equipment is set up in a safe manner and well maintained; it is the client's responsibility to ensure children do not play with the heavy electrical equipment carried and set up by the attendant. It is therefore the client's responsibility for any accidents which may happen while children are not properly being supervised.
11. Electrical products cannot be placed outside unless on hard flooring and under covered areas, Alternative set up locations must be approved at the time of booking. The client must ensure adequate weather protection for the attendant and the equipment. Should inclement weather or other factors prevent the booking from continuing, then no refund will be given.
12. Only Needaphotobooth.co.uk may adjust the fee for any lost performance time that maybe as a direct result of the attendant. In the unfortunate event that the Photo booth, Magic Mirror or Selfie Pod is closed due to technical difficulties, Needaphotbooth.co.uk will add the time to the end of your booking. A refund can only be made, if the hire item is not operational, this is refunded on a pro rata basis, based on time lost. If failure of the printer occurs, Needaphotooth.co.uk will encourage guests to continue using the booth. The pictures will be printed after the event and your album posted directly to you, along with a second copy of all the images. Our customer complaints procedure is available at www.needaphotobooth.co.uk. Any financial liability is limited to the total booking fee of the event.
13. If for any reason a Needaphotobooth.co.uk product becomes unavailable due to damage, we reserve the right to send an alternative product that may not be identical. If for any reason you are unhappy with this you must tell us upon set up. No refunds can be offered after the event.
14. Unwarranted abuse or threatening behaviour from the clients, clients guests or venue management or venue staff will not be tolerated and will result in the hire being terminated with no loss to Needaphotobooth.co.uk
15. Needaphotobooth.co.uk reserve the right to use any pictures taken in the booth for social media and marketing purposes.
16. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing. If cancelled more than 30 days before the date of the performance, your liability is limited to a 20% non-refundable booking fee. If cancelled in less than or equal to 30 days prior to the booking Needaphotobooth.co.uk will require by way of liquidated damages a sum equal to the full fee.
17. All contracts are legal and binding between the client and Needaphotobooth.co.uk. Whilst every effort is made to ensure there will be no breach of contract by any party, we will endeavour to assist if a breach of contract occurs. Any agreement negotiated through Needaphotobooth.co.uk shall be subject to these terms and conditions, unless agreed in writing by all concerned parties. In particular, any conflicting terms of business shall have no effect with respect to any such contracts. All contracts to which these conditions apply shall be construed in accordance with English law. No servant of Needaphotobooth.co.uk has the power to vary these terms and conditions. The client will be responsible for all terms and conditions above, failure to comply will result in the booking not taking place, but full payment will be required. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, giving appropriate notice to the client.
18. In relation to Covid-19, should the government impose restrictions that signifianctly impact the guest count or date of your event, Needaphotobooth.co.uk will move your booking free of charge to your new date, subject to confirmation of our availability before the movement is confirmed with the venue. Outside of government restrictions our standard cancellation as described in section 16 applies.
